Syesha Mercado rose to fame as the second runner-up on American Idol's seventh season. As a young actress, Syesha received the nationally recognized South Eastern Theatre Conference's "Best Supporting Actress" award. Chaz Lamar Shepherd is from Philadelphia and has been gracing our television screens, co-starring in 7th Heaven, Moesha, The Parkers, The Steve Harvey Show, Sister Sister, Touched by an Angel and more. Most recently the TV audience has been watching him on The Game as Trey Wiggs. Chaz has also co-starred in Set It Off and The Temptations. Now, after co-starring on Broadway as Harpo in The Color Purple, Chaz is ready to grace the stage again starring as Curtis in the upcoming Dreamgirls tour. He has been on the Billboard charts three times this year with his single Chemical Reaction. Chaz's soul/R&B album Love & Truth was released during the Dreamgirls tour and is available in the show lobby. His gospel work was Grammy nominated last year. Chaz is excited to contribute his talents and passion with the world.
